Ocean Count And Clip Cards
Centers are a great way to help reinforce concepts that are being taught or have been taught at some point in the school year. Students love doing them and they make learning FUN and engaging! You really can’t ask for anything more than that! These Ocean Count and Clip Cards are guaranteed to be a hit in your classroom with your students or at home with your child(ren).
If you would prefer to not have this self-checking option, you can just print off the cards that are one-sided. Students will count how many ocean animals they see and clip the number using a clothespin.
Supplies Needed:
If you are a home educator and are going to be utilizing a lot of our freebies like these card clips, you may also want to invest in not just the simple laminating sheets, but a sturdy home laminating system. Over the course of a school year, you’ll find yourself going back to activities like this over and over again for their review and busy work. A laminating machine may become a must have supply for your classroom. If so, I highly recommend the Amazon Basics Thermal Laminator. It’s a great quality product that will fit into any budget and stands up to your needs.

How To Use The Self-Checking Option Of Clip Cards
The self-checking option on these clip cards allows students to flip the card over upon completion to see if their answer is correct. If it is correct, they will see a red dot on the back of the number. When printing this option, you will want to print on both sides of the paper (print on short edge). Under properties, click “Yes, flip over” under print on both sides option.

No clothespins? No problem. You can use any manipulative you have around the classroom or your house (buttons, rocks, goldfish, M&Ms, etc). Students can simply place the manipulative on top of the correct number. Click the image below to download Ocean Clip and Count Cards for FREE.
