Getting Fall Initial Sound Match-Up Free Printable Ready
Getting this free printable ready is easy. All you need to do is print on cardstock and laminate. This allows the center to be used year after year.
Doing Fall Initial Sound Match-Up Free Printable
Students will start the activity by placing all the leaf cards on the table or floor. They will also stack the alphabet tree cards in a pile and place upside down.
Students will start the activity by choose an alphabet tree card. I always encourage my students to say the letter out loud and trace it with their finger.
They will then sort through all of the puzzle pieces looking for the leaf puzzle piece that has a picture that starts with the same letter as the tree.
Once the match is found, they can place the match-up to the side and repeat until all alphabet tree cards have a match.
Students will continue until all pieces have a match.
Another way this can be completed is to set out all of the alphabet tree cards. Students will then choose a leaf picture card one at a time and place it on the corresponding tree.
